Application of magnet roller for sheets:
Magnetic conveyor rollers for sheets maintain their magnetic force for life. The holding force can diminish, however, when the material being moved has a layer of paint or rust on the surface or when the process temperature becomes too high.
The specified holding force only applies if the sheet spans the entire width of the roller.
