Application:
Detecting small parts out of a lead. Examples: pneumatic transport of small parts, thread breakage control, ejection control, count parts.
Function:
By a plurality of transmitters and receivers in the opposite legs of the frame light barrier, a light curtain is established. Due to the dynamic behavior of the switching frame photocell interruptions are only fast converted from one or more light beams into an output pulse. Parts, which are in the frame to move slowly through are thus not recognized. Machine parts which constantly project into the frame have no influence on the functioning of the remaining, non-interrupted transmitter and receiver. Dust or oil films do not affect the function.
